This project involves the Change of Use permit application, which allows the business owner to transfer the interior design from a supermarket to a bakery. To apply for the permit, Linhan Design coordinates with the engineering team, city government, and interior designers.

The bakery features an industrial design with elements such as exposed pipes under the ceiling and concrete flooring. The light colours used in the interior give a relaxing vibe while the combinations of green furniture, light fixtures, wood cabinets, and plants bring joy and happiness to the customers.
