The project is designed for a couple with young children, reflecting their refined taste in life and entrepreneurial spirit. Guided by a West Coast modern Scandinavian style, the renovation emphasized clean lines, natural materials, and a harmonious blend of minimalism and comfort, transforming this 30-year-old townhouse into a contemporary home.

The most significant transformation occurred in the kitchen—a cramped and inefficient space changed into an expansive open-concept kitchen by removing a wall, perfect for family gatherings and culinary activities. The outdated orange-toned hardwood flooring was replaced with elegant white oak, refreshing the home's ambiance. The small tub in the master bathroom was replaced with a spacious walk-in shower, enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
