A traditional restaurant that prepares Malatang, a Chinese food cooked in a hot pot, receives a trendy and playful design to change the stereotypical Chinese restaurant decor.
The cartoon on the wall is like the pixel images in the Nintendo Entertainment System in the 80s’, creating a soothing effect with its pastel colours. The LED signs embedded on the macaron pink wall with retro pendant lights, constitute a stylish and vintage dining area.
Arranged delicately, the veins of the marble floors and the grout of the tile on the service counter makes the white decors simple but not dull.
